Not sure if you can handle the previous three detox methods, maybe you should consider cutting back on refined sugar. So whether it be for a few days, a week, or a few months, try to make a conscious effort to avoid high-sugar foods. If completely abstaining from sugar is too difficult for you to overcome, try an all-natural sweetener such as stevia or honey.

Eat Alkalines

One way to cleanse your body is by putting good stuff in! Eating alkaline-rich foods such as pears,apples, almonds, and pears will help to help combat the acidity in your body and balance things out. Making sure to incorporate sources of potassium, calcium, and magnesium in your body will greatly improve the condition of bones, skin, and hair. Jump On Juicing

If fasting isn’t really your thing or you can’t stand to constantly drink water, juicing could be another great option for you! Take a few days and drink nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juices. These kinds of juices flush the body’s system and getting rid of unhealthy and unnecessary toxins in the body. Great juicing options are sweet potatoes, cucumbers, celery, and lemons. Just make sure to use fresh fruits and vegetables, not canned or frozen ones from the grocery store!
