This goji berry and coconut butter fudge recipe is perfect for anyone who wants to burn fat and still have dessert

Super Fat Burning Fudge

This Recipe is by my friend Kelcie Yeo. She has one of my favorite recipe blogs “Kelcie’s Kreations” that you can find here.

Servings:  8-12 fudge molds

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Spoon into candy molds or muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.

  3. Sprinkle goji berries on top and freeze.

Who wouldn’t like a tasty fudge that is packed full of antioxidants and good fats?  Coconut oil and coconut butter are full of medium-chain fatty acids that are extraordinarily healthy for the body.

These fats help improve thyroid function, reduce inflammation, speed up metabolism and improve fat burning.  They are also great for brain function and have been shown to improve memory and cognitive acceleration.

Goji berries are rich in antioxidants, and key Lycium barbarum polysaccharides that strengthen the immune system.  Raw cacao is rich in polyphenol antioxidants and theobromine that enhances blood flow and brain function.

I only consume chocolate or cacao during the day as it is stimulating and can affect your ability to rest well.  During the day it enhances cognitive acceleration and helps you accomplish more.
