After the birth of Adeles’ son Angelo in 2012, Adele has made a shocking transformation dropping around 50 pounds. According to Adele she was able to lose the weight by turning into a vegetarian. She also started jogging every morning with her soon to be husband Simon Konecki. In addition, Adele has cut down on sugar, has only one alcoholic drink a week and does weights at the gym. Adele’s healthy lifestyle change can be seen further as she has quit smoking, has been working out with a personal trainer twice a week and has been doing Pilates. According to Adele, “(she) started cutting out naughty foods, drinking more water and reducing my portion sizes. I started to work out my daily calorie intake and experiment with fat/carb/protein ratios.”
