This is another attractive plant that is easy to grow for your purifying needs. They even sprout their own offspring that will add to the collection of plants you have begun.

3. Dracaena

With over 40 different kinds, you’ve got options. This plant also removes many harmful bacteria from the air you breathe. Keep it away from your cats and dogs because it could be harmful if ingested.

4. Ficus

Standing at 2-10 feet tall they are a great addition to your indoor environment. Not to mention the air purifying capabilities it brings to the table.

5. Peace Lily

Not only useful but also very beautiful, this plant can live for years. Along with its beauty, the Ficus has outstanding purifying capabilities.

6. Boston Fern

In addition to making your home breathable, the Boston Fern must be kept in a cool environment and preferably in the shade.

7. Snake Plant

Impossible to kill and it only needs water occasionally. They are very popular in restaurants, and notably so. They also don’t need much light.

8. Bamboo Palm

Especially effective filtering formaldehyde, among other bacteria, and must be kept in sunlight. With potential to grow to 12 feet, they are a noticeable presence in the household.

9. Aloe Vera

This plant has many uses and one of them is purifying the air you breathe. I’m sure you can rifle off a couple other uses for this awesome plant.
