It’s sad but true… you cannot target one area for weight loss. It doesn’t matter how many crunches you do, your muscles will become strong but the fat overtop of your abs will remain, unless you do full body exercise.  2. Eat egg whites, not egg yolks

 3. Exercise will cancel out bad eating habits

 4. You can simply tone your muscles

Adjust your diet, and do full body workouts and dead weights to build the muscle enough that they appear toned through your fat and skin.

 5. If you’re not hurting, you’re not working hard enough


This is simply the most dangerous misconception about working out. Many people think you have to push yourself to pain in order to make any progress. Remember, pain is your body telling you that it’s injured and that it does not like something you did to it! When you’re too sore to work out for the next couples days, this winds up being counterproductive because you can’t work out consistently!
