- Mix 1.5 cup of baking soda with laundry detergent
- Scrub the mixture into the shoe with a toothbrush
- Let the shoe sit to absorb mixture, then rinse
- Put the shoes in the washer
- Apply baby powder
- Let the shoes dry and you’re ready to wear them!
Pro Tip: Take the laces off before putting them in the dryer. This will prevent the laces from getting tangled, and will help to clean the areas around the shoelace eyelets.

- Remove the shoelaces
- Fill up the sink or a bucket full of water
- Add a small amount of laundry detergent into the bag
- Place your laces inside the bag and submerge the bag in the water
- Allow the bag to soak in the water for 15-20 minutes
- Remove the bag from the sink and rinse the laces with clean water
- Hang the laces up to dry
