L.A. has just opened its most recent attraction to the public, but if you’re scared of heights, you might want to take a pass on this one.
The skyslide is a completely see-through glass slide that is attached to the side of a skyscraper, and rests a daunting 1,000 feet above the streets of L.A. It is probably the most intriguing part of a recent Skyspace renovation to the U.S. bank tower, which also includes an observation deck, according to BBC news.

This slide is 45 feet long and is made out of one inch-thick bulletproof glass. The slide stretches down four of the building’s floor and is claimed to be able to withstand anything that nature can throw at it, including hurricane-force winds and earthquakes.
A variety of journalists and media personalities (including Jimmy Kimmel’s bodyguard Guillermo) were given a preview of the slide the week before it was opened to the public and the reactions can be priceless.
