Ensure that the apple cider vinegar you buy is organic, unpasteurized and contains “mother.” If your ACV has these 3 characteristics than it will be in its purest form and more potent.
Curly, thick hair: Brush ½ cup of ACV mixed in 4 cups warm water in hair (once every 2 weeks)
Straight, fine hair: Brush 1 tablespoon of ACV in 1 cup warm water in hair (once a week)
Chemically straightened hair: Brush ½ cup ACV in 2 cups warm water in hair (one a month)
We recommend brushing the appropriate mixture in your hair after a shower. Wait until your hair is damp and then massage a small amount of the mixture into your scalp, and brush it evenly throughout the rest of your hair.
You aren’t required to rinse these mixtures out afterwards, simply allow the apple cider vinegar to dry and go on with your day! You should be able to see the results after your first use!
