It’s no secret that your body faces plenty of toxins, chemicals and pollutants on a day to day basis. They can be hidden in the air, our food, the products we use and the materials we come in contact with.

Recipes: Simple Detox Juices
1. Water Base
Never, ever underestimate the power of staying hydrated! When you drink water throughout the entire day, your body can flush out toxins through sweat and urination. Water basically makes everything in your body work more efficiently!
To boost the effects of water, add lemon and a very small amount (1 pinch) of cayenne pepper.
2. Beet Juice
Beets are full of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants; all of which help cleanse your body. Beets are also extremely high in iron so this is a great juice for vegetarians and those of you who are anemic.
3. Carrot Juice
Antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin A and other essential minerals can be found in carrots. Carrots make delicious juices, especially when mixed with oranges.
If you’re looking for fiber, try blending the carrots into a smoothie instead because the majority of fiber is found in the carrot pulp.
4. Green Tea
Green tea is full of polyphenols, which are excellent antioxidants! These antioxidants fight to rid the body of free radicals and other harmful chemicals.
5. Apple Juice
I know what you’re thinking, but we don’t mean the apple juice found in the grocery store! When you make organic apple juice, you have a nutrient packed, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory drink that you and your kids will love.
