This recipe combines three extremely healing ingredients and is both low-carb and ketogenic.  This may be one of the best beauty food combinations!  Additionally, it is easy to make and tastes great!

Turmeric is one of the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory agents in the world.  It is best when combined with good fats such as the medium chain fatty acids found in coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper.

The grass-fed beef gelatin provides collagen proteins that support healthy discs, ligaments, tendons, skin and hair.  It also helps to strengthen our joints and prevent against the development of injuries or help to heal them faster.

In addition, gelatin and turmeric make the perfect duo for promoting gut health. Gelatin helps repair the intestinal wall and turmeric contains an active compound called curcumin whose anti-inflammatory properties heal the gut and support the growth of good bacteria. Moreover, curcumin has been found to cleanse the liver as it promotes the production of bile, which is used by the liver to eliminate toxins.

Thanks to the combination of the collagen proteins in the gelatin, the medium chain fats in the coconut milk and the anti-inflammatory and liver cleansing properties of turmeric, these bars will help make you happier and more beautiful!

A note from The Hearty Soul!

Turmeric is notoriously difficult to absorb:

Even if you take it with fats (like you should be!) you’re still probably getting only part of the effect. You may even be wasting time and money by allowing most of your Turmeric to just pass through your body unabsorbed!

That’s why we found this organic Turmeric Extract that’s specially formulated with fats already found in your cells, making it at least 20 times easier to absorb directly into your body than any other Turmeric supplement!

And today they’re offering you a stellar deal: you can get this super-powered Turmeric Extract shipped right to your door for as much as 33% off!
