Enter the Vegan Chocolate Mousses Recipe
What You’ll Need (1-2 servings):
- 1 large avocado (you can also use banana)
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- ¼ ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk (whichever you prefer!)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or stevia
- Mixed fruits and nuts (optional)
Purée the avocado until it is completely smooth (as though you were making it into a spread for your toast!).

Mix the cocoa powder and milk together and stir until the texture is consistent, then add to the avocado purée.
Add your vanilla or stevia any other ingredients you’ve chosen to add (berries or nuts) together and mix well!
When you’re finished mixing all the ingredients together, pour the mixture in serving bowls and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to cool. Mousse is so much more delicious when it as a nice cool temperature!
This mousse is incredible for whipping up as a healthy dessert, even a quick breakfast! You’ll be shocked at how delicious it is considering the base is avocado!
I highly recommend making it for your friends the next time you entertain! They’ll be asking you for the recipe in no time and they won’t believe how easy it is when you tell them…. Or you can keep it as our little secret!
