5. Repel Insects from Window Frames
WD-40 can be surprisingly effective at keeping pesky insects at bay. If you have a problem with bugs crawling into your home through window frames or door gaps, spray a light layer of WD-40 in these areas. The smell and residue deter insects, making it harder for them to infiltrate your home. Just be sure to use it sparingly around pets and plants.
