Iceland is an island nation in the North Atlantic. It has no standing army and no enemies. The country runs on 100% renewable energy. Electricity comes from geothermal and hydropower. Iceland is peaceful and has little strategic value. It is not part of military conflicts or nuclear alliances. Its location makes it unlikely to suffer from fallout or direct attacks. Iceland’s isolation and sustainability make it a safe bet during World War III.
