4. Antarctica
Antarctica is not a country, but it offers extreme isolation. No one lives there permanently, only researchers. The Antarctic Treaty bans all military activity. It has no political borders or military bases. While cold and harsh, it is far from conflict. Its lack of resources makes it unappealing to hostile nations. Supply and survival would be difficult without planning. Still, for those who can manage it, Antarctica might be the safest place during World War III.
