Have you ever imagined your favorite Disney animals as humans? How awesome would they be? I’ve occasionally wondered what the powerful Nala from The Lion King would look like if she were a person, and Isabelle Staub didn’t let me down.

Since March this year, Isabelle has been updating her social media pages with stunning side-by-side photos of famous Disney characters and their human girl versions. The transformations are so amazing that they can be likened to the surreal swish of a fairy godmother’s tale.

Dory from Finding Nemo

In the movie, Cinderella was transformed by a spell but still maintained her core features. Isabelle applied the same ideas and created some real magic for her fans. Dory from Finding Nemo maintained her blue and yellow colors.

Nala’s golden skin shade reflected in her new hair and the leonine face came alive. Lola from the Shark Tale maintained her red and gold hair with the pouted lips.

Lady from Lady and The Tramp

Lady from Lady and the Tramp turned into a lovely girl with red hair and a sweater the same color as Lady’s skin. Finally, we had Marie from The Aristocrats glam up into a girl with white hair and the signature pink bow.

Based on the novel 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea by Jules Verne, this movie is one of Disney’s earliest adaptions of sci-fi novels, and still one of the best. Set in 1868, Professor Pierre M. Aronnax and his assistant, Conseil, board a U.S. warship into the depths of the Pacific Ocean to investigate a rumored sea monster attacking ships. An unprecedented attack has them thrown overboard into the ocean where they discover “who” the monster really is. Rotten Tomatoes:  One of Disney’s finest live-action adventures, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea brings Jules Verne’s classic sci-fi tale to vivid life, and features an awesome giant squid. Rating: 89%

A ruler whose duty is to protect his people from human hunters. The movie portrays Bambi’s growth from a fragile young fawn who could barely walk or talk to a confident young stag who must defend his forest. Rotten Tomatoes: Elegantly animated and deeply touching, Bambi is an enduring, endearing, and moving Disney classic. Rating: 90%
