Day 1: Full Body Morning Yoga for Energy & Circulation (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 1
…And to the beginning of something that could genuinely change your mornings. This 15-minute full-body flow is designed to gently wake up your entire body, spark circulation, and set you up with the kind of steady, grounded energy that actually lasts through your day. Led by Reagan Sobel (E-RYT500), the practice moves slowly and intentionally, with a focus on breath, mobility, and mindful transitions — never rushed, always yours to adapt.
This is Day 1 of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge — a series designed for real people with real mornings. Each practice is short, accessible, and built to come back to as many times as you need. You can start any day, rest when you need to, or layer sessions together for something longer. There’s no pressure, no perfection required — just a standing invitation to show up for yourself, one morning at a time.
What this series does for you:

- Boosts circulation and daily energy levels
- Cultivates mindfulness and breath awareness
