Day 26 Yoga for Functional Strength & Joint Stability (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 26 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
A 15-minute morning flow focused on building functional strength and joint stability. This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more — it’s about cultivating the kind of strength that actually serves you, on the mat and in everyday life. Move with presence and precision, and let your breath guide you back to what’s already here: your body, your awareness, this moment.
This practice is accessible for all levels, with room to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re starting your morning or simply showing up for yourself today, this class is a reminder that your power doesn’t live in striving — it lives in presence. You’re always welcome to combine multiple sessions for a longer practice, or return to this one whenever you need it.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a sustainable, expansive way
