Day 28 Yoga for Hip Opening & Flexibility (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 28 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
A 15-minute morning flow focused on hip opening, flexibility, and grounding. This breath-led practice moves intentionally through the hips, pelvis, and lower body — areas that often hold tension, emotion, and stored energy. Drawing on the qualities of the root chakra, this session invites feelings of safety, stability, and trust. Rather than chasing depth or intensity, you’re encouraged to feel supported by the ground beneath you and steady within yourself.
Accessible for all levels, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively throughout. Whether you’re easing into your morning or simply need a moment of grounding and release, this practice is a gentle reminder that when we feel rooted, openness follows naturally. You’re welcome to combine this session with other days in the series for a longer practice, or return to this one whenever you need it.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a sustainable, expansive way
