Day 9: Yoga for Spinal Mobility & Flexibility (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 9 of the 30-Day!
Today’s 15-minute breath-led flow is all about spinal mobility and flexibility — moving intentionally to release tension, awaken the spine, and cultivate fluidity throughout the body. As you move through each posture, you’re invited to explore the beautiful balance of Abhyāsa and Vairāgya — consistent effort meeting mindful letting go — a reminder that yoga teaches us to stay flexible not only in the body, but in the mind as well.
This practice is accessible for all levels, with options to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re kicking off your morning or looking for a mindful reset, grab your mat and join me for this gentle, supportive 15-minute flow to connect with your body, breath, and the present moment.
This 30-Day Challenge is designed to help you:
- Build a consistent yoga practice and morning routine
- Increase mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Create a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you for hours
- Connect to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
