Day 4 : Relaxing Yoga for Stress Relief & Reset (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 4!
Today’s 15-minute practice is a slow, grounding flow designed to support stress relief and nervous system reset — guiding you through mindful movement and intentional breathwork to release tension, quiet mental noise, and return to a more balanced state before the day begins. Modifications, pauses, and rest are always available, making this practice welcoming for every level.
This challenge was designed to make a consistent yoga practice feel accessible, sustainable, and genuinely nourishing. Each session is short enough to fit into a real morning, yet meaningful enough to carry with you all day. You can start the series anytime, move at your own pace, and combine multiple practices for a longer session whenever you’d like.
What this series supports:
- Building a consistent morning yoga routine
- Improving mobility, flexibility & circulation
- Boosting energy and mindfulness
- Stress relief & nervous system regulation
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day
- Deepening body, breath & mind connection
