Day 12: Yoga for Glutes & Outer Thighs (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 12 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge!
A 15-minute morning flow dedicated to strengthening and opening the glutes and outer thighs for greater stability, mobility, and ease throughout the body. This breath-led practice moves with intention, inviting you to stay present with each sensation and transition as it unfolds. Along the way, we explore a teaching from the Bhagavad Gita on acting without attachment to outcome — finding meaning in the practice itself, not in reaching a particular destination. All levels are welcome, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed.
This challenge was created to help you build something real and sustainable — a consistent morning practice that grounds you before the day begins. Each session is short, accessible, and designed to be returned to again and again. You’re welcome to start anytime, move at your own pace, or layer multiple practices together for a longer session.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries with you throughout the day
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
