How to Use This Series
Course notes
Your invitation to begin each day with intention, presence, and mindful movement. Led by Reagan Sobel (E-RYT500), this series asks just 15 to 20 minutes of your morning in exchange for a practice that grounds you, opens you up, and carries a sense of calm and clarity into everything that follows. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to the mat, this challenge was made for you.
Each session is short, accessible, and designed to be revisited as many times as you need. You can start any day, move entirely at your own pace, or combine sessions for a longer practice when the mood strikes. There’s no pressure, no perfection required — just a standing invitation to show up for yourself, one morning at a time. See you on the mat for Day 1.
