Day 6 : Yoga for Balance & Stability (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 6 of the 30 Day:
Today’s 15-minute practice is all about balance and stability. Through steady, breath-led movement and mindful transitions, this class helps you feel grounded and supported — not just on the mat, but in how you move through the rest of your day. Accessible for all levels, with options to modify, rest, or follow your body’s lead.
This challenge was built for consistency — short, intentional morning practices you can actually stick with. Whether you’re on Day 1 or jumping in mid-series, every session is designed to meet you where you are. You’re always welcome to combine practices for a longer flow, or simply return to any day whenever you need it.
What this series supports:
- Building a consistent yoga and morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, and circulation
- Boosting energy and mental clarity
- Cultivating mindfulness and body awareness
- Creating a calm, grounded start that carries through your day
- Deepening the connection between body, breath, and mind
- Sustainable, feel-good movement you can return to again and again
