Day 11: Grounding Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 11!
Today’s practice is a 15-minute breath-led morning flow designed to help you feel steady, present, and fully arrived in your body as you begin your day. Moving through grounding shapes and mindful transitions, this class gently invites you to explore the art of letting go — noticing how each exhale clears space for a fresh, nourishing inhale, and how releasing what no longer serves opens room for what you’re ready to call in, both on and off the mat.
This practice is accessible for all levels, with plenty of space to modify, pause, or move intuitively. Whether it’s the first thing you do in the morning or a gentle reset later in the day, you’re always welcome to combine multiple sessions for a longer practice — and as always, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
What this series supports:
- Building a consistent yoga practice and morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, and energy
- Cultivating daily mindfulness and mental clarity
- Creating a calm, grounded start that carries through your entire day
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
