Day 13: Yoga Twists to Awaken the Spine (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 13 of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge!
A 15-minute breath-led flow focused on twisting postures and spinal mobility. Today’s practice uses intentional twists to rinse tension from your spine, invite clarity, and reconnect you with the steadiness and power that already lives within you. As you move, you’re invited to reflect on a simple but powerful idea: protecting your peace is not passive — it’s a practice, cultivated one conscious breath at a time.
This class is accessible for all levels, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re opening your day or taking a moment to reset, you’re welcome to move at your own pace — and encouraged to combine multiple practices for a longer session. This challenge can be started anytime, returned to daily, or explored in whatever way feels most sustainable for you.
This series is designed to help you:
- Build a consistent yoga practice and morning routine
- Increase mobility, flexibility, circulation, and energy
- Cultivate mindfulness and a calm, grounded start to your day
- Connect to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
