Day 14: Core-Strengthening Yoga Practice (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 14!
Today’s practice invites you to explore sthira — the quality of steadiness, grounded strength, and focused presence. Moving with intention and breath, you’ll build core stability that supports balanced, efficient movement throughout your entire body. This is strength without force, effort without strain — a practice that teaches you to feel supported from the inside out.
Accessible for all levels, this class offers space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as your body needs. Whether you’re just waking up or carving out a grounding moment mid-day, you’re in the right place. You’re also welcome to combine today’s session with another practice for a longer flow — move at your own pace, always.
What this challenge supports:
- Building a consistent yoga practice and morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries through the day
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
