Day 19 Full Body Yoga for Mobility & Flexibility (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 19 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge!
Today’s practice is a 15-minute full body flow designed to improve mobility and flexibility — helping you find ease, curiosity, and freedom in your movement.
This breath-led class guides you through intentional postures while exploring the symbolism of the lotus flower: a bloom that rises not despite the mud, but because of it. The poses that feel tight, sticky, or uncomfortable aren’t obstacles — they’re teachers. All levels welcome, with plenty of room to modify or move at your own pace.
This 30-Day Challenge helps you:
- Build a consistent yoga & morning routine
- Improve mobility, flexibility, circulation, and energy
- Start your mornings calm, grounded, and present
- Connect to your body and breath in a sustainable way
