Day 20: Yoga for Posture – Chest & Upper Back Opening (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 20 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
A 15-minute morning flow focused on posture, opening the chest, shoulders, and upper back for a more spacious, aligned day. This breath-led practice moves intentionally through the heart space and spine, inviting you to explore what true alignment feels like — not just in your body, but in your choices, intentions, and energy. Rather than forcing an external shape, we turn inward, finding alignment that feels honest, sustainable, and supportive from the inside out.
Accessible for all levels with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively, this practice is perfect whether you’re starting your morning fresh or resetting after long hours of sitting. It’s a gentle reminder that alignment isn’t about perfection — it’s about coming home to yourself, again and again. This challenge can be started anytime, moved at your own pace, and practices can be combined for a longer session whenever you need it.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries throughout your day
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
