Day 23 Gentle Morning Yoga to Feel Good in Your Body (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 23 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
A 15-minute gentle morning flow designed to help you simply feel good in your body. This breath-led practice moves slowly and intentionally through soft, nourishing movements that ease tension and invite presence — no striving, no forcing. Along the way, you’ll explore santosha, the yogic principle of contentment — not as something to chase, but as something already available to you, right here, exactly as you are.
Accessible for all levels, with space to modify or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re starting your morning or carving out a quiet moment of care, this practice is a reminder that feeling good doesn’t always require doing more — sometimes it comes from allowing yourself to simply be.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a sustainable, expansive way
