Day 24 Backbending Yoga for Spine & Front Body Opening (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 24 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
A 15-minute backbending flow focused on opening the front body: chest, shoulders, spine, and hips. This breath-led practice guides you through heart-opening shapes that gently challenge the way we habitually protect or close off — inviting not just physical expansion, but an energetic openness to growth, possibility, and what life might look like on the other side of softening.
Rather than pushing for depth or intensity, this class emphasizes receptivity — letting breath, space, and awareness guide the opening naturally. It’s an exploration of trust: in your body, in your process, and in allowing rather than forcing. Accessible for all levels, with options to modify or pause as needed. Whether you’re starting your morning or carving out a moment of expansion mid-day, this practice is a reminder that opening doesn’t mean overreaching — it means allowing.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a sustainable, expansive way
