Day 30: Slow Morning Yoga for Integration & Ease (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 30
You made it! The final day of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge with Reagan Sobel, E-RYT500. Today’s 15-minute slow morning flow isn’t about pushing further or finishing strong. It’s about integration — creating space to absorb not just this practice, but everything the past 30 days have offered. This gentle, breath-led class invites you to soften effort, let the nervous system settle, and simply be present with what’s here.
As you move through this final practice, you’re invited to see yoga as something bigger than the mat. It’s in how you respond to challenges, how you meet yourself in moments of ease or discomfort, and how you carry presence into the ordinary moments of your day. Accessible for all levels — whether this is your first class or your thirtieth — this is your reminder that the practice doesn’t end when you step off the mat. It continues in how you live, breathe, and show up for your life. 🙏
