Day 25: Yin Yoga for Deep Stretch & Nervous System Reset (15 Min)
Course notes
Day 24 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge
15-minute yin yoga session focused on deep stretching and calming the nervous system. This slow, meditative practice guides you into longer-held, supported postures designed to gently release tension while signaling safety and ease to your body. As you settle into stillness, you’re invited to sit with one simple question: What if everything were already solved? What if there was nothing left to figure out?
This practice is less about moving forward and more about resting in what already is — softening your grip on stress, striving, and mental noise until presence feels like enough and peace becomes something you can touch rather than chase. Accessible for all levels and especially supportive on days when you feel tired, overwhelmed, or in need of grounding — this class is a reminder that you don’t need to arrive anywhere. You’re already here.
This series supports you in:
- Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
- Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
- Creating a calm, grounded start to your day that carries with you
- Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a sustainable, expansive way
